Youth & Wellbeing – Mental Health Outreach Service

Are you a young person aged 10-25?

Do you live in the ACT?

Do you have moderate to severe mental health concerns, that get in the way of living your everyday life?


Youth & Wellbeing is an outreach mental health service for young people in the ACT. Our Youth Outreach Workers can come to you and meet in a place where you feel most comfortable; be it your home, your community, your school or work.


The program supports you to look at your mental health and how it affects all different parts of your life, such as: relationships, school/work, housing, family life, coping and self-esteem. They provide therapeutic support and help to develop skills to better manage your mental health and wellbeing in accordance with your own recovery goals.
