Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn have been providing disability services to the Canberra community and surrounding regions for over 25 years. While the majority of our disability programs and clients have successfully transitioned to the NDIS, we are still offering a number of programs and services to non-NDIS participants.
As a registered provider of the NDIS Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn operates inline with the NDIS Price Guide and NDIS Support Catalogue. Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn charges the maximum price allowable in the NDIS Price Guide and meets the eligibility requirement to charge the Temporary Transformation Payment. Our Disability Services office is located at 57 MCARTHUR AVENUE, O’Connor . Individuals and their advocates/carers/family can contact CatholicCare by phoning 6163 7600 from 9am – 5pm except public holidays. Your call will be answered by a reception and your call will then be transferred to the appropriate person. Alternatively if you have the direct number of your case worker, you can contact them directly.
In an Emergency
If you are a current client of the CHOICES & Aged Care Services or supporting someone who is and you have an emergency outside of office hours, please call the On Call number 0438208054. Please not, this On Call Services is only for individuals already support from the CHOICES & Aged Care Services, not for people seeking services.

Referral
A referral can be made by an individual or on an individuals behalf by a friend or family member, another health professional (such as their GP) or another service provider.
