Community Housing

Our objectives are to provide supported housing to people with specific social support needs and to assist them in developing their own, independent lifestyle within a standard community environment.  Certain eligibility criteria apply depending on the program to which specific houses are allocated and properties are then allocated to people with intellectually disability, mental health issues and homeless people.  Two main factors determine eligibility for participation in our Community Housing which are Housing eligibility criteria and Program specific requirements.
