Our Next Step service is growing and we’re looking for enthusiastic clinicians to join our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
Marymead CatholicCare is pioneering an Australian first program and has seen overwhelming demand for this service. As such we are we are looking for new clinicians to join the program, called Next Step. We have positions available for clinicians who are looking to develop their skills and expertise in delivering CBT via disorder specific models to adults and young people.
The Role
The key responsibilities for the Mental Health Social Worker will be to provide therapeutic interventions to adults and young people with mental health issues. Clinicians will be required to work from the CBT approach described in the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies framework. Staff receive 12 months of training and ongoing supervision in this model.
