SINC Administrator role with competitive salary and benefits

Moruya and South Coast, this position provides the opportunity to work both in office and from home.


MCCG is looking to employ a second SINC Administrator to join our SINC team, which works closely with the Home Care Package Team to support older Australians to remain living safely in their homes and connected to their community.


The Role


We are currently seeking a SINC Administrator to work from the South Coast area, to facilitate the delivery of aged care services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) across the Canberra & Goulburn Archdiocese. CHSP provides entry-level in-home support to individuals who are aged over 65 years (over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People) within the community. You will be required to work within a person centred, wellness and reablement or restorative framework as outlined in the CHSP Manual. All services are provided in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • managing referrals and the client waitlist;
  • on boarding clients to the program;
  • liaising with the rostering team;
  • liaising with clients and families;
  • ensuring that services are consistent with My Aged Care support plans; and
  • referring back to My Aged Care should people’s needs change.

Ideal person


The ideal person we are looking for has:

  • Certificate in Aged Care or similar and relevant experience
  • High computer literacy including word processing, Excel and use of a client management system
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • High level of attention to details and a quick learner
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with effective time management skill and meet deadlines
  • You will also be required to undergo a National Police Check.


To be considered for this role you will be also required to hold:

  • a current drivers licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
