Disability & NDIS

Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn have been providing disability services to the Canberra community and surrounding regions for over 25 years. While the majority of our disability programs and clients have successfully transitioned to the NDIS, we are still offering a number of programs and services to non-NDIS participants.

Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn is an NDIS registered
provider. All prices are in line with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements
and Price Limits.

Referrals

A referral can be made by an individual, or on an individual’s behalf by a friend, family member,
health professional (such as their GP), or another service provider by completing one of the forms
below, or by contacting our team on 6162 6100.
